Terms and Conditions 

( PLEASE READ )


LASER NOTICE IMPORTANT !!!

Can't Shoot with laser as it will damage my camera bad!!!! WILL NOT SHOOT at events with laser for risk and no refund if not told.


  1. Payments 

Deposit and travel cover must be paid one week before shoot commences. Alicia will not give a refund unless it meets a terms in the cancellations terms see bellow. The fees quoted is for the original quote and can be changed within reason or have add ones. While the invoice is final unless wanted to add on time in which a new invoice will be sent. Alicia will sent invoice two weeks to 30 days before shoot and much be paid a week before shoot. 

 

Happy to pay with exact cash on day or transfer for hour(s) in person on day BUT must be done before shoot starts if doing this on day.

 

2. Deposits 

There is a flat $30 that's not refundable.

 

3. Cancellations

I understand life can through curveballs sometimes but please try not to cancel with less then 48 hour prior to shoot unless its personal emergency.

If so please send me a text or email stating the reason why as well as any info regarding your shoot like dates, names, place, type, etc. If paid in full prior to shoot day and notified me in writing before 3pm can re-fund all but deposit, if notified after 3pm the night before the shoot only will refund the per hour part. ( this doesn't include the travel part as I've had someone cancel on me minutes before as its to cover myself for petrol.)

 

4. Copyright 

Alicia Annetta Photography retains the copyright to the images taken and can post on website or use in portfolio to future clients if she wishes. Social media the client has a right to say not to post if prefer.

 

5. Editing / Turn around

Depending on how many jobs Alicia Annetta Photography has that month and how large the job is editing time will take around 4-8 weeks sometimes 2-6 if lighter on work. Will send images by we transfer and will have 7 days to download them. The turnaround time doesn't include public holidays and the days between Christmas Eve and New Years. Can re-send images if need no charge. If I'm going away there might be a pause period but will post on my Instagram, put a separate page of announcement and message as many people as I can so you are aware.

 

6. Rates 

My rates are mainly set can maybe adjust slightly but only within reason and if I agree as there's other areas I need to photography like editing time and travel for example.

 

7. Entering Photographs outside Social Media / Additional Usage

Both Alicia Annetta Photography and the client, if wanted to use images outside social media or enter into competitions or magazines both parties must ask permission to use in a form of writing. Alicia is allowed to show in portfolio to other future clients and on website. Personal use at home doesn't count in this.

 

 

8. Modal Release / Consent Form 

Once signed the client is agreeing to the photoshoot. Client can obtain a digital version from Alicia once received images or anytime. 

On the form a question is, is Alicia allows to post on social media can select no, yes or rather see images first. 

Will sign before shoot commences but can change after shoot has commenced. Be aware that once we have parted ways this can’t be changed. 

 

 

9. File Storage 

Alicia Annetta Photography will keep all images on hard drive and best ones / ones sent on google drive but is not responsible if images or hard drive get’s lost, hacked or damaged. Alicia recommends clients keep images in separate space. She is happy to resend if need at no extra charge.

 

 

10. Shipment of products

Alicia Annetta Photography is not responsible is products for shoots is broken, lost or damaged in postage. Alicia will take photos off before septs to post office as proof. 

 

11. Liability 

It is client’s responsibility to take care of the children, Alicia will not accept any responsibility due to any accident to children or damage to public or private properties during the photo shooting. 

 

12. Changes to Shoot 

All communications with Alicia must be made in writing form messages or email to make any changes and in English please. 


- 13. Groups / Multiples of people

people will have an extra charge per head of $5 per person, as of starting at the 11th person onwards no matter what the time of shoot is.
